The Frequency of Performing the Monitoring: <br /> Monitoring is performed continuously on the: <br /> • Double wall UST Interstitial space and its two sumps. <br /> • Monthly inspections of the TLS panel will be performed by AT&T personnel to ensure <br /> proper operation. <br /> • Monthly inspections of the aboveground fuel piping will be performed by AT&T <br /> personnel to ensure proper operation. <br /> • Enhanced Leak Detection(ELD) testing will be performed to ensure the system integrity. <br /> ELD will be performed thereafter every three years, not to exceed 36 months from <br /> the initial test. <br /> B.
