The Site/Facility Manager is responsible for performing: <br /> • Operational monitoring <br /> • On site record keeping,Note: Onsite records are maintained on a white board mounted in <br /> the facility. And label "Facility Information Center" and contains the UST Routine <br /> Monitoring&Response Plan, Hazardous Material Business Plan and other <br /> environmental records and permits. <br /> • The reporting of any discrepancies and alarms with the monitoring system, UST,piping, <br /> and associated hardware. <br /> 2. AT&T- Environmental Management Control Center(EMCC) (California&Nevada <br /> region) at(866) 492-6836 is responsible for all maintenance and repairs to the UST <br /> monitoring system, UST, piping, and all associated hardware. <br /> E. Reporting format: <br /> A site fax modem with auto-dial for up to 8 phone numbers is installed to fax alarms <br /> and warnings 24 hours a day to AT&T- Environmental Management Control Center <br /> (EMCC) for alarms received by the TLS-350s.
