No cutting torch, open flame, or spark producing equipment shall be <br />used on the tank or piping at any time. Any source of ignition shall be at least 50 feet <br />away from the excavation site. <br />A properly calibrated flammable/combustible gas and oxygen analyzer is required on <br />the job site prior to excavation or removal.
