One <br /> water sample will be taken if water is encountered. Soil <br /> samples will be collected using a clean stainless steel or brass <br /> cylinder at least three inches long by one inch, after samples <br /> have been collected, each end of the cylinder shall be covered <br /> with aluminum. foil and capped with a polyethylene lid, taped <br /> and labeled.
