Aircraft Fueling: <br /> Maintain fuel pump area using dry cleanup methods. Use rags or absorbents for <br /> leaks and spills. <br /> Have rags available while connecting and disconnecting fuel nozzles to catch <br /> dips and leaks. <br /> Fueling area should never be washed unless wash water is contained and <br /> collected (see general conditions for permit requirements). <br /> Maximize use of"single poinf refueling nozzle to minimize potential spills <br /> overspray and drips. <br /> Install protective guards around pumping unit. <br /> Trash Cans Areas: <br /> Bank of Stockton maintains trash receptacles in interior spaces to prevent storm <br /> water pollution. <br /> If exteriors Trash receptacle are used for a specific short term project <br /> Use only water tight waste receptacles and keep lids securely closed. <br /> Place receptacles in position to prevent storm water run-on. <br /> Empty waste receptacles frequently. <br /> Spill Cleanup <br /> Develop and maintain a spill response plan. <br /> Place adequate spill response material in readily available locations. <br /> Spot clean leaks and drips routinely using least water possible. Use absorbent to <br /> remove drips and spills, dispose of absorbent properly. <br /> Keeps spills form entering storm drains. <br /> Employees Training <br /> Train employees on these practices <br /> Train staff on proper maintenance of the facility. <br /> Train staff on the spill control plan and containment/ cleanup procedures <br /> Conduct annual training <br /> Use training log to document training. <br />
