Michael Kith
Public Health Services
San Joaquin County
304 E. Weber Ave.
Stockton, CA 95202
Re: Quik Stop #144
7272 West Lane
Stockton
Dear Michael:
April 5, 2001
Enclosed are the revised application forms and additional cut sheets we discussed.
Please note that we have deleted the Beaudreau sensor in the Bravo dispenser sump and
will be installing the Veeder-Root sensor instead. All sensors are now part of the Veeder-
Root TLS -350 system and the dispenser sump will have dispenser shutdown and an
audible and visible alarm. The application has been changed to reflect these changes.
The cut sheets enclosed are the Titeflex connector and the Veeder-Root dispenser pan
sump sensor.
Thank you for your cooperation and assistance on this project. Please call if you have
additional questions or comments.
We are still hoping to start this project on April 16th, if that is acceptable to you.
Sincerely,
WALTON ENGINEERING, INC.
0 -- —
Michael E.
