3. There should be two drums on-site for hazardous waste at all times, one <br />for solids (used filters, hoses, spent absorbents, etc.) and one for liquids <br />(water from spill buckets, sumps, tank bottoms, etc.). Labels for each <br />were sent to the District Advisor to place on any unlabeled drums. Copies <br />are enclosed. Recent disposal records (manifests and/or work orders) <br />should have been behind Tab 2 of the binder titled Hazardous Materials <br />Regulatory Compliance Documents. Copies of two manifests from 2003 <br />are enclosed. Quik Stop now returns all copies of manifests, related work <br />orders, and recycling certificates to the stores, if and when received. <br />4.
