WRITINEN MONITORING AND RESPONSPLAI <br />S. Describe the training necessary for operation of the UST system, including piping and monitoring equipment. <br />Tank Operators receive on-the-job training for tank system operation and inspection; they are trained by vendors and/or <br />LLNL personnel to respond to monitoring system alarm conditions, activation of the shear valve (and re -set), erratic fuel <br />dispensing, emergency shutdown button activation (and re -set), and fuel spills. Tank Operators and their designees will <br />review this document when any substantive changes are made.
