The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, at its Site 300 Experimental Test Site in San Joaquin County, plans to perform annual maintenance and service checks, and certification tests of the monitoring equipment for regulated USTS "... for operability, proper operating condition, and proper calibration." as required by 23 CCR 2630 (d), 23 CCR 2638 (e), and 23 CCR 2712 (b). Per your request copies of the test results will be submitted to your office electronically after the tests have been completed. The monitoring equipment service checks and tests are required to be performed by a trained/experienced individual who understands the systems, is a CA Licensed Contractor (A, C-10, C-34, C-36, or C-61 (D40) per H&SC 25284.1(a)(5)(D)(ii) and 23 CCR 2637 (b)(1)(A)), has a current ICC CA UST Service:Technician certificate, and is trained/certified on each component in the tank system being certified.
