<br />Per your request this notice is being faxed to you at (209) 468-3433, and also sent to you by email.
<br />The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, at its Site 300 Experimental Test Site in San Joaquin
<br />county, plans to perform annual maintenance and service checks, and certification tests of the
<br />monitoring equipment for regulated USTs ".., for operability, proper operating condition, and proper
<br />calibration." as required by 23 CCR 2630 (d), 23 CCR 2637 (b), and 23 CCR 2712 (b).
<br />Per your request copies of the test results will be submitted to your office by fax at (209) 466-3433
<br />after the tests have been completed and also electronically forwarded to you. The monitoring
<br />equipment service checks and tests are required to be performed by a trained/experienced individual
<br />who understands the systems, is a CA Licensed Contractor (A, C-10, C-34, C-36, or C-61 (D40) per H&SC
<br />25284.1(a)(5)(D)(ii) and 23 CCR 2637 (b)(1)(A)), has a current ICC CA UST service Technician
<br />certificate, and is trained/certified on each component in the tank system being Certified, LLNL has
<br />made arrangements to have the following vendor, who has experienced and trained individual(s) that
<br />most all the testing and training requirements, perform the certification taste on the petroleum USTs
<br />at LLNLs Site 300 Experimental Test Site in accordance with the following.

<br />site 300 Monday 8/30/2010 commencing at approximately 9:00 AM (Meet at the LLlm 8300 8889
<br />Parking Lot where a Security 9scort will meet you.)
<br />site 300 Tuesday 6/31/2010 commencing at approximately 9:00 AM (Extra day only if needed.)

<br />This notice is being sent to you to confirm our previous conversations that you plan to witness the
<br />certification tests and that the dates/times listed above fit your schedule and are agreeable.
<br />Arraagements will be made so you may pick up your access badge at LLNLs Site 300 Experimental Test
<br />Site.
<br />Arrangements will be made for your access into the restricted area at 8862 where one of the USTs is
<br />located.
