The secondary containment leak testing was performed in <br /> accordance with California Health and Safety Code §25284.1(a)(4)(B)(i) and California Code <br /> of Regulations Title 23 §2637(a). Secondary containment testing of the USTs was performed by <br /> Mr. Brian Thornton of Thornton Environmental Construction, Inc. of Milpitas, CA.
