Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Attn: Kasey Foley <br />Dear Kasey, <br />• <br />Re: BP OIL FACILITY #11192 <br />1403 Country Club Blvd. <br />Subject: Plan Check Response <br />The following comments are in response to your plan check comments. <br />The item numbers listed correspond with your plan check item <br />numbers. <br />INSTALLATION PLAN <br />Gasoline Tanks <br />Item 1: Tank model #DWT -3P(8) 10,000 & DWT -3P(6) 2500 10,000 <br />gallon & 2,500 gallon capacities shown on site plan. <br />Item 2: See attached copies of tank information <br />Item 3: Striker plates are installed by the tank <br />manufacturer when the tanks are manufactured. The <br />striker plates are installed beneath "all bung <br />openings" and are adequate size and thickness to <br />obtain the required U.L. rating on the tank. As the <br />striker plan are an integral part of the tank, we <br />can not specify what is to be installed. <br />We have shown the plates below the fill tube. The <br />approximate thickness for the plates is 3/16". (See <br />Dwg. 15 CA DWT 1/2 - 2/2 Tank Elevation and Detail <br />D) <br />Item 4: As indicated on the site plan, all product piping <br />from the dispenser to the tank sump will be DOUBLE <br />WALL PIPE.
