Fill Riser — Is the EMCO Wheaton Retail Al 100EVR Guardian <br />Overfill Prevention Valve installed with the correct EMCO Wheaton <br />O-ring securely in place and the flared end of tube on top of the riser? <br />(New installation and replacement O-ring are #569461.) <br />Note: The EMCO Wheaton Retail All 100EVR Guardian Overfill <br />Prevention Valve must be cut to the correct length and assembled per <br />manufacturer's instructions before installing into the 4 inch tank riser. <br />6. Are the Containment Assemblies installed onto the 4 inch tank risers <br />Yes/No <br />Initials <br />using a Fire Marshall approved thread sealing compound on the upper <br />male threads of the 4 inch riser pipe and torqued to: <br />• the indicated torque value from Table 1 and 2 for CON 1-31103 <br />and CON2-31103 containments; <br />• the indicated torque value from Table 3 and 4 for 205X-31103 and <br />214X-31103 containments? <br />7. Is the Jam Nut(s) installed in the lower set of threads of the Fil-Spil <br />Yes/No <br />Initials <br />oval flange (CON2-31103), or the bottom section of 205P-31103 or <br />214P-31103 containment, and torqued down on top of the drop tube <br />flare to 45 foot-pounds? <br />8.
