For 205X-31103 or 214X-31103 containments: Are the six bolts <br />for the 3 Piece Compression Ring (p/n STP-12RING) torqued to <br />3 foot-pounds? <br />14. Tank Gauge Port Cap and Adapter (if installed): <br />Has the Tank Gauge Adapter (p/n 61313C) been installed onto the <br />4 inch tank riser with it's gasket (p/n 65 or RP65) and O-ring (p/n <br />613GSK or RP613GSK)? <br />15. Has the Tank Gauge Adapter (p/n 61313C) been manually <br />tightened onto the 4 inch N.P.T. tank riser then torqued to <br />35 foot-pounds using CNI Mfg. 6138 Adapter Installation/Removal <br />Tool p/n EVRSYS128? <br />15a. Are the set screws fully tightened and the gauge wire installed <br />into the strain relief cord connector in the cap? <br />15b. Is the metal nut tightened to ensure no vapor leakage? <br />15c. Is the cap handle snapped tight after installing the cap onto the <br />Adapter? <br />16. Husky 5885 Pressure Vacuum Vent Valve— Is there an Husky <br />5885 PN vent valve installed on the top of each (gasoline) vent pipe or <br />manifold?
