Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all <br /> of the following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by <br /> the Contractors State License Board(may be issued to the installation <br /> company), and <br /> b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by <br /> the International Code Council (ICC), and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s)being tested, repaired, or serviced, <br /> 7. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br /> from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 8. Complete and submit a copy of a Underground Storage Tank Certification of <br /> Installation/Modification(Former Form C)to this office no later than 30 days <br /> after work is completed. <br /> 9. All product installed must be certified by an independent testing organization and <br /> labeled as required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See <br /> California Code of Regulations,Title 23, Chapter 16 Table B for complete list.). <br /> Pursuant to the Underwriters Laboratories Inc(UL)listings, only those products <br /> bearing the UL mark will be considered listed. Any part/product not marked with <br /> the UL label will be rejected. <br /> 10. Permit expires 180 days from date of approval.
