Any changes in the scope of work must be submitted to the EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencement of work. If, due to unforeseen conditions, the complete <br /> removal of underground piping discussed above becomes infeasible, all work must <br /> cease and the closure-in-place permit application must be submitted to and be approved <br /> by the EHD before any work could resume. The maximum review time for Plan Review <br /> is 15 working days from receipt of the adequately completed plan. If gross deficiencies <br /> are identified, an addendum will be required with a $125.00 per hour fee and the review <br /> will begin on the date of submittal. <br /> 3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments): <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system for all sensors, must be <br /> verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title <br /> 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the <br /> alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the monitoring system upgrade and <br /> made available at the time of the EHD inspection. <br />
