I faxed you the actions taken on violations for JBS Testing(07-01-10). <br />#2 : I scanned you the copies of corrections of Violations for sensors and equipment for Testing on 08- <br />31-09. <br />#7 : I scanned you the 08-19-09 correction statement/Work order on L1,L2, L3, L4, L5 sensors. <br />#17 : The 89 VMI is corrected on site and it passed. <br />#21 : It was fixed on site by removing water from the tank. <br />#23c : It is OK according to Aris Cacapit. <br />#23d : The employee training record is corrected and scan copy is present. <br />#24 : The test results are included in the scanned copies with email. <br />#23 : We didn't change any fuel filters since years that's why we don't have any work order for it. During <br />past 3 years or more, we didn't need to change it. <br />The was a point about BEAUDREAU S 1-442 licencing, We are going to upgrade the system at station <br />but still Most of our work order is done by ELIT IV Contractors,INC and they are Licenced for <br />Maintenance of Beaudreau Sensors. <br />Please reply me if you need any information.
