These test <br />results state "Wiped out small amount of gas from bottom comers of sump#3 <br />prior to testing. Secondary test seal off boot was in place when I arrived at site. <br />After test of secondary pipe test seal off boot was pulled back and gas drained <br />out of secondary pipe. Gas continues to drip out of secondary and drips at a <br />higher rate when turbine pump is running. Recommend further investigation to <br />determine tightness of primary product piping for regular 87." Test results also <br />indicate that the 91 line failed and that the UDC#5/6 was not tested. <br />Violation: The underground storage tank is in violation of the California Code <br />of Regulation Section 2637(a). Section 2637(a) states, "Secondary containment <br />systems installed on or after Januaryl, 2001 shall be tested upon installation, 6 <br />months after installation, and every 36 months thereafter. Secondary <br />containment systems installed prior to January 1, 2001 shall be tested by <br />January 1, 2003 and every 36 months thereafter." <br />The underground storage tank is in violation of the California Code of Regulation <br />Section 2631(a). Section 2631(a) states, "All new underground storage tanks <br />including associated piping used for the storage of hazardous substances shall <br />have primary and secondary containment. Primary containment shall be product - <br />tight." <br />The underground storage tank is in violation of the Health and Safety Code <br />Section 25291(a)(2). Section 25291(a)(2) states, "Secondary containment shall <br />be constructed to prevent structural weakening as a result of contact with any <br />released hazardous substances, and also shall be capable of storing the <br />
