hazardous substances for the maximum anticipated period of time necessary for <br />the recovery of any released hazardous substances." <br />Corrective Action: Secondary containment testing was last performed on 1-5- <br />06 for UDC#5/6 and was due by January 2009. Testing has not been completed <br />and is 17 months past due. Secondary containment testing is required once <br />every 36 months. Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours <br />notification to the EHD. <br />A fuel leak was found at the 87 product line. All primary containment must be <br />product tight. Immediately discontinue use of failed piping and have a properly <br />licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace or repair the failed piping under <br />permit and inspection of the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced <br />immediately, there is a possibility that the 87 UST system may be red tagged to <br />prevent fuel inputs. <br />The 1-30-09 secondary containment test results indicate a failure at the 91 <br />product line.
