• • <br /> The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for RAMOS OIL-FRENCH CAMP as of April 22, 2017. <br /> Open violations from October 27, 2016 inspection <br /> Violation #104- UST operating permit application for facility and tank information not submitted or current. <br /> UST Facility Operating Permit Application and UST Tank Information are not current in CERS. Any change of <br /> information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. <br /> Missing or incorrect information includes, but may not be limited to: <br /> Piping construction <br /> -Vapor recovery construction <br /> Fill components <br /> Corrosion protection <br /> Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation (which is currently still open) from 2015. <br /> Violation #105 - Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. <br /> The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, <br /> and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> Immediately provide a written statement to the EHD indicating what was done to correct this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation (which is currently still open) from 2015. <br /> Violation #107 -Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is <br /> performed. <br /> An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations <br /> where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This is a repeat violation (which is currently still open)from 2015. <br /> Violation #204-Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plan was not available for inspection. A copy of these plans must be accessible <br /> on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (which is currently still open) from 2015. <br /> Violation #210 - Designated operator monthly inspection reports not maintained on site for at least 12 <br /> months. <br /> The monthly reports for January-April 2016 were completed today on site before I arrived. - <br /> Accurate designated operator monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve months shall be retained on site. <br /> Immediately begin this practice. <br /> This is a repeat violation (which is currently still open) from 2015.
