Underground Storage Tank Inspection Report(October 27, 2016) <br /> Item 103 <br /> The completed (signed, dated, and witnessed) COFR has been update in CERS and accepted by the <br /> regulator. <br /> Item 104 <br /> The UST tank information has been updated in CERS and accepted by the regulator. <br /> Item 105 <br /> The monitoring plan has been updated in CERS and accepted by the regulator. <br /> Item 107 <br /> UST monitoring site plan was uploaded in CERS and accepted by regulator. <br /> Item 119 <br /> In the future, DO will properly inspect and complete appropriate reporting with alarm histories. EHS will <br /> be checking periodically to ensure proper procedures are being followed. <br /> Item 121 <br /> In the future, Ramos Oil will submit written response documenting corrective actions within 30 days of <br /> inspection. <br /> Item 201 <br /> According to our maintenance manager and DO, Steve Richardson, Water had been introduced into the <br /> sumps due to a blocked storm drain.
