Leak detector failed to detect a leak at 3 gph @ 10psi. The Red Jacket FX1 DV leak detector unable <br />to detect a leak and is replaced with a VMI 99 LD2000 on site. All line leak detectors shall be capable of <br />detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. Immediately have a properly licensed, trained, and certified <br />contractor repair or replace the failed leak detector (LIS 113-x listed, if applicable). <br />- VMI 99 LD2000 was able to detect a leak at 3 gph @ 10psi - functional. <br />313. The diesel spill container failed when tested. The spill containment cap and its drain valve was <br />replaced. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing <br />a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and <br />certified contractor to repair or replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />- No bucket replaced. Spill bucket cap & drain valve replaced. Adaptor tighten.
