One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by <br /> the Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation <br /> company), and <br /> b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International <br /> Code Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br /> And in addition <br /> d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br /> training from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 3. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site, at all times while <br /> work is being performed, who possesses all of the following: <br /> a.
