INSTALLATION MATERIALS CHECKLIST <br /> [—] Tools & Equipment offsets, elbows, nipples, unions, Etc.. <br /> E] Concrete Anchor Bolts Plastic caps (sow plugs) for nuts / bolts <br /> S. Bravo Systems, Inc. does not include Concrete Anchor Bolts with its Conversion Frames. <br /> PRE-INSTALLATION CHECKLIST <br /> ❑ Ensure that you have all your permits in order, including your Bravo Certification Card. <br /> ❑ Conversion Frame is free of damage? <br /> ❑ Physically check the Dispenser, Sump and Conversion Frame drawings before installation? <br /> ❑ NO modification to the Conv-Frame is necessary? If so, Call 323-888-4133 immediately. <br /> INSTALLATION CHECKLIST <br /> Dispenser was carefully removed and any spills contained? <br /> E] Drawings for all components are on-site and have been reviewed for any problems? <br /> ❑ Conversion Frame is securely bolted to the existing UDC Sump with minimum 1/2" bolts? <br /> ❑ If OPP or a Non-Bravo Systems UDC is existing, were a minimum of 4 anchor bolts <br /> securely installed directly to the concrete? <br /> ❑ All electrical conduits are adjusted correctly to mate with the new dispenser? <br /> All product inlets are pre-plumbed with approved offsets, elbows, pipe, etc..? <br /> ❑ Conversion Frame was inspected for dents or damage? <br /> Dispenser was carefully lined up and securely bolted to the Conversion Frame? <br /> 3 ii-Conversion Frame 1-14-08 <br />
