FEB-3-2009 12:37P FROM: 70:4683433 P.1
TRACY TRUCK & AUTO STOP
3rd February, 2009
209-832-5006/fax 209-832-5307
Dear MIchelle,
Its been almost ten months since we due diligently started
working on permits to install the now approved Bravo plates.
I still have not understood the hold up because you never
made it clear to me in writing as I requested or otherwise
what exactly needs to be done to replace the Bravo plates.
All the tests you ordered line tests and tests done by
Afford-a-Test all passed. We had all the UDCs tested for
SB989 testing and they all passed - so there' s no question
on UDCs leaking.
I do understand your point that even thougbhNorthwest Pumps,
Stockton Service Station and Diamond Construction felt that
they did not need permits to just replace the dispensers/
they should have inquired more - especially when Stockton
Service Station is in this county and do maintenance at
the Truck Stop and surrounding stations.
We are always trying to better our selves with more
knowledge on rules and regulations. Me and C3 have
done CUPA classes and have attended different seminars
but it seems it is not enough. Please keep us on updates
of what else we can do to be in compliance at all times.
Right now, Michelle I am very concerned at all the time
that has passed by and we have not achieved anything. I
feel I am not getting anywhere with this situation. Please
advise as to why. I have been in touch with Greg Kiser at
all times, he can't explain why to me either.
Please call me and lets take care of the situation. Please
also let me know of any or all testings coming up. Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
P/V D&
Fax 11 pages including reports from Epic to 464-3433
