The 91 leak
Detector was proven functional at time of inspection, detecting a 3.0 gph leak @ 10PS1.
#38 Installation of Under-dispenser spill containment or control system without approval:
CCR 2636(g)
At time of inspection it was discovered that dispensers had been changed approximately 6-9
months previously (Per CJ Jutla). Immediately obtain a permit from this office for the installation of the new
dispensers.
Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification, located on the back of
Page 1 of this inspection report, with a statement addressing how each of the above listed
Violations have been corrected, to this office within 30 days of receipt of this inspection report.
All EHD staff time associated with failure to comply by the above listed dates will be billed at the
Current hourly rate ($98).
THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT END'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
EHD Inspect Received By: Title:
, r
,t
QUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT• 6 0 E MAIN STREET, STOCKTON,CA 95202 (209)468-3420
