Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />applicable permits. <br />2. Contact Michelle Henry (953-7699) to arrange the following inspection appointments <br />(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments): <br />a. Verify that the spill bucket holds a minimum of 5 gallons and pass a <br />60 minute lake test or equivalent after concrete is poured. Proper drainage or <br />removal must also be verified. <br />b. Corrosion protection on the regular (87) fill riser <br />c. Verify that the 87 and 91 leak detectors will detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at <br />10 PSI. (Note Inspector verified functionality of 91 leak detector on March 26, <br />2008 during MC). <br />3. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of <br />the following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />
