Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />applicable permits. <br />2. Contact Michelle Henry (953-7699) to arrange the following inspection appointments <br />(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments): <br />a. Verify that the spill bucket holds a minimum of 5 gallons and pass a <br />60 minute lake test or equivalent after concrete is poured. Proper drainage or <br />removal must also be verified. <br />b. Corrosion protection on the regular (87) fill riser <br />3. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of <br />the following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />a. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br />Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br />b. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />and <br />c. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br />
