Contact the Tracy Fire Prevention Office and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br />Control District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. A copy of the Tracy Fire Prevention Office permit must be submitted at the time of <br />aboveground storage tank installation. <br />3. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />4. Facility has an APSA regulated shell capacity of 25,000 gallons. Submit a Spill <br />Prevention and Countermeasure Control (SPCC) Plan certified by a Professional <br />Engineer in accordance with CFR 112.3(d) to EHD no later than November 10, 2011. A <br />copy shall be maintained on-site at all times. After the review, the copy will be returned <br />to facility. <br />
