No gasoline, diesel, or other hazardous material or waste can be released (intentionally or <br />unintentionally) to the sewer/septic, storm water system, or any other waters of the state. If a <br />release occurs it will be considered illegal hazardous waste disposal and will be subject to <br />enforcement. <br />20. An accurate and drawn to scale as -built plan must be submitted to EHD prior to scheduling a <br />final inspection. <br />21. Any change in product stored in the underground tanks must be approved by EHD prior to <br />making any change. <br />22. Submit the Best Management Practices (BMP) to EHD for managing fuel spills and wash - <br />down water at this site prior to the final inspection. Include in your BMPs how fuel or any other <br />liquid will be removed from the vapor spill buckets as they contain no draining mechanism. <br />23. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
