All new submittals supercede the previously submitted ones. <br />2. As builts of project must be provided before final permit to operate will be <br />granted. <br />3. Submit state form C for each tank system to EHD upon job completion. <br />4. Automatic pump shutdown must satisfy all conditions listed in Title 23 2636(8) <br />of CCR or annual line tightness testing will be required. <br />5. All inspections to be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br />6. Please contact the local Fire Department for permitting requirements. <br />7. Attachments are part of the plan and must accompany plans on site. <br />8. Any changes in the information provided must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. <br />9.
