(AGE) has prepared this revised work plan for <br /> installation of ground water monitoring wells at 13889 West Highway 12, Lodi, California. The <br /> enclosed monitoring well installation work plan was prepared as required by the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services -Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD)by letter dated 24 April 2000. <br /> This work plan presents a scope of work for the installation of four ground water monitoring wells <br /> with the objective of assessing and monitoring the impact of petroleum hydrocarbons in ground <br /> water. Also included are results of a sensitive receptor survey performed by AGE. <br /> Upon PHS-EHD approval of the work plan, AGE will submit an application for drilling permit, <br /> permit fee and any additional documentation required for permitting purposes.
