WrLj�tt <br /> Enviro <br /> - �r- <br /> i1%4 Services, Inc. <br /> May 2, 1996 <br /> Project No 4100-QM <br /> M & M Automotive <br /> 60 E 10th Street <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> Attention Mr Larry McLean <br /> Re: Quarterly Monitoring Well Sampling Report <br /> 1st Quarter, 1996 <br /> 60 E. 10th Street, Tracy, CA <br /> Dear Mr McLean, <br /> This report describes the sampling of monitoring wells at the above referenced site for the first <br /> quarter, ending March, 1996 Wright Environmental Services, Inc (Wright) was retained to <br /> coordinate sampling and chemical analysis of the site monitoring wells Previous reports are <br /> on file with the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS-EDH) regarding the removal of impacted soil discovered during the removal of <br /> underground fuel storage tanks Three monitoring wells currently exist on-site <br /> Field Sampling Procedures <br /> Three monitoring wells were sampled on March 28, 1996 The sampler proceeded to purge <br /> well volumes (a calculation was done for each well following sounding measurements) of <br /> groundwater from the well using a disposable bailer Measurements of conductivity, pH, and <br /> water temperature were obtained between each well volume, and noted on the attached <br /> Groundwater Sampling Information Sheets presented as Appendix A Once the stabilization of <br /> the readings were noted (aquifer water was assumed to be entering the well) and the well was <br /> allowed to recharge to about 80% of the initial water level, the sample was collected from the <br /> well Purge water was stored on-site in barrels A new disposable bailer was used to obtain <br /> each well groundwater sample which was placed to laboratory prepared glass bottles leaving no <br /> headspace, and immediately placed on ice for shipment to Priority Environmental Laboratories <br /> Inc in Milpitas, California (a State Certified Testing Lab) Table 1 presents the depth to <br /> groundwater data The chain-of-custody and the laboratory analysis results are attached as <br /> Appendix B <br /> M & M Automotive Project No 41 DO-QM Page 1 <br /> 4220 Commercial Dr #5 - Tracy, California 95376 its, <br /> Telephone (209) 833-0758 - Fax (209) 832-5152 <br />
