Laboratory analysis performed on the preliminary ground water sample obtained from <br /> Boring P1 indicates the presence of TPH as gasoline at 3700 pg/L, as motor oil at 14,000 NgIL <br /> and as thinner at 20,000 pg1L BTX&E constituents In the preliminary ground water sample <br /> +� ranged from concentrations of 9.2 pg1L for benzene to 37 Ng/L for total xylenes. <br /> I <br /> i., CONCLUSIONS <br /> ` The results of our Investigation Indicate that subsurface soil contamination by hydrocarbon <br /> components has occurred In the vicinity of a suspected former subsurface storage tanks. The <br /> i data Indicate that soil contamination appears to extend laterally in a southwesterly direction from <br /> the vicinity of Boring P1. Field evidence suggests that contamination extends laterally to the <br /> i <br /> cr <br />
