(GTI) acting on behalf of Southland i
Corporation (Southland) , presents the San Joaquin Local Health
Department (SJLHD) and . the California Regional Water Quality
Control Board (RWQCB) with the following proposal to modify the
existing monitoring well (MW) and domestic well groundwater
sampling schedule. Presently, all monitoring and pumping wells
(PW) and domestic wells, TMG, 1912 , 1927, 8968 and 9160 are
sampled on a twice-a-month schedule. The remaining domestic
wells, 9140, 9156, 9159, 9167 and Ivy Motel are sampled monthly.
GTI hopes that the enclosed tabulation of total petroleum
hydrocarbons (TPH) -as--gasoline analytical results dating back to
the project -s start date will help to substantiate the need for
sample schedule modifications. The laboratory results indicate
that the majority of wells have not been impacted by detectable
hydrocarbon_ concentrations during the past six months. Since
late 1987, the only wells that have consistently contained
J
detectable concentrations are MW-1 and MW--3 .
