T V <br /> r 4 <br /> FURTHER SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> On October 15, 1990 our office received a letter from the San <br /> Joaquin County Dept. of Health Services requesting installa- <br /> tion of an additional well or wells near our facility. In an <br /> effort to expedite this request, a letter dated October 23 , <br /> 1990 was sent from this office to you with some rather basic <br /> requests.
