As you know, we <br /> have attempted for the last two years to obtain permission <br /> from the Rochas to install an additional well (s) on their ' <br /> property, all of which has been to no avail. To now receive <br /> the demands requested in this letter for just the existing <br /> wells without even a mention of yet more wells, I fired that <br /> we are not making any headway what so ever. Consequently, we <br /> would enlist your help in offering a solution to the demands <br /> from the County for more wells and conversely from the Rochas <br /> for compensation of the existing. <br /> As we discussed, 1 am also including a copy of the most re- <br /> cent vapor extraction results for this project. we believe <br /> these are very impressive with the significant, reductions <br /> shown.
