The San Joaq uin County Public Health Services/Environmental Health Department <br /> (PHS/EHD) letter of June 22, 1995 requested that work completed by July.7, 1995 include completion of a <br /> list of residences which have received bottled water,completion of a work plan to perform additional soil <br /> sampling, and sampling of all domestic wells and MW-1. A list of residences and a work plan were faxed to <br /> the PHS/EHD on Thursday July 6, 1995. In a phone conversation between Bruce Beale of Groundwater <br /> Technology and PHS/EHD on July 6, 1995, it was stated.that the PHS/EHD wished to notify local residences <br /> prior to Groundwater Technology sampling the domestic wells,so this work which was originally due by <br /> July 7, 1995 could be delayed for two weeks until the PHS/EHD had been able to contact local property <br /> owners, <br /> r <br /> The next deadlines for the site are August 4, 1995,when a report summarizing domestic well sampling and <br /> additional soil sampling is due, and August 12, 1995,when a compliance report is due. Please note that <br /> because the work plan has not yet been approved, and will be approved by the PHS/EHD no earlier than <br /> July 17, 1995, additional time will be needed to complete the field work and write the reports and neither of <br /> these desdlin'es will be met.
