Southland Facility #20780 <br /> 9110 Thornton Road SITE CODE: 1886 <br /> Stockton CA 95207 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has <br /> repeatedly explained and informed you in correspondence dated July 12, 1994, that <br /> additional investigation to confirm the completion of remediation was required and that the <br /> denial of site certification was based on the evaluation of the site by the Technical Review <br /> Committee (TRC) in which staff from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB) participated. In the report dated September 2, 1994 and in correspondence <br /> dated November 16, 1994, Groundwater Technology Inc. (GTI) on your behalf, requested <br /> additional technical review by the CVRWQCB. To date, the CVRWQCB has not responded <br /> with an alteration of the original evaluation. <br /> As the responsible party, you were notified on July 12, 1994 that a work plan for the <br /> additional investigation should be submitted by August 30, 1994.
