3. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24) <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide one parking space for the physically handicapped. The space shall be <br /> located as close as possible to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away'sign, <br /> at each entrance or to be visible from each space. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed Y.-inch per foot. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> C. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when <br /> any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed standards <br /> published in Public Works' design standards (Section 10.203, UFC). The access road <br /> must be fully improved to these standards prior to any final inspections. <br /> NOTE: On September 24, 199Z the San Joaquin County Development Services Division approved SA-92- <br /> 48 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - SA-92-48 <br />
