O. Inc. ) PLANNING DIVISION LOCATION: 7570 to 8000 E. Valpico Road (Bojoli Estates ) USE: Major subdivision CONDITIONS: 1. This tentative division of land shall meet the rules and regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . Percolation tests are to be done on each lot and a soil profile on every third lot and a minimum sewage disposal area are requred for Local Health District approval. A permit for- the percolation tests from the Health District is required. 2 ., Owner is to apply to the California Department of Health Services as required by Section 25221 of the California Health and Safety Code, for a determination as to whether the land should be de- signated a hazardous waste property or a border zone property pursuant to Section 25229 , Health and Safety Code. 3 . Individual private wells, if developed for each lot on an interim basis , shall be constructed in accordance with Local Health District requirements as follows: a. A test well shall be drilled within the project area (SU-87-22 ) to determine the water quality and availability (volume) before the final map is approved. The test procedures will require the following: ( 1) . Water from the available aquifer shall be tested by a State approved laboratory for chemical and radiological consti- tuents specified by the Health District. ( 2 ) . Water analysis results shall be submitted to the Health District for review and approval. b. Individual wells shall be installed according to the Health District requirements and contain a minimum of 100 feet grout seal consisting of Neat Cement. All construction shall be under required permits, well logs and Health District inspection.
