O. Inc. ) PLANNING DIVISION <br /> LOCATION: 7570 to 8000 E. Valpico Road (Bojoli Estates ) <br /> USE: Major subdivision <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. This tentative division of land shall meet the rules and regulations <br /> of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . Percolation tests are to <br /> be done on each lot and a soil profile on every third lot and a <br /> minimum sewage disposal area are requred for Local Health District <br /> approval. A permit for- the percolation tests from the Health <br /> District is required. <br /> 2 ., Owner is to apply to the California Department of Health Services <br /> as required by Section 25221 of the California Health and Safety <br /> Code, for a determination as to whether the land should be de- <br /> signated a hazardous waste property or a border zone property <br /> pursuant to Section 25229 , Health and Safety Code. <br /> 3 . Individual private wells, if developed for each lot on an interim <br /> basis , shall be constructed in accordance with Local Health District <br /> requirements as follows: <br /> a. A test well shall be drilled within the project area <br /> (SU-87-22 ) to determine the water quality and availability (volume) <br /> before the final map is approved. The test procedures will require <br /> the following: <br /> ( 1) . Water from the available aquifer shall be tested by a State <br /> approved laboratory for chemical and radiological consti- <br /> tuents specified by the Health District. <br /> ( 2 ) . Water analysis results shall be submitted to the Health <br /> District for review and approval. <br /> b. Individual wells shall be installed according to the Health <br /> District requirements and contain a minimum of 100 feet grout <br /> seal consisting of Neat Cement. All construction shall be under <br /> required permits, well logs and Health District inspection. <br />
