The residential developments within the subject area <br /> (GP-88-13 ) including the Traina project, the Bojoli <br /> project and all existing developed parcels , reaches <br /> 50 lots . <br /> OR <br /> ( 2 ) . Environmental Protection Agency, CA Regional Quality <br /> Control Board, CA Dept. of Health Services , or the <br /> Health District determines that the potable ground <br /> water is impacted with chemicals or radiological con- <br /> stituents that exceed the Maximum Contaminant Level <br /> (MCL) of Title 22 CAC, or the Recommended Action Levels <br /> (RAL) as designated by the State. <br /> OR <br /> ( 3 ) Test well results, as reviewed by the Health District, <br /> indicate that water does not meet water quality <br /> standards . <br /> e.
