BOX 7638 <br /> Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> RE : Bojoli Estates (SU-87-22) <br /> On December 3 , 1987 , the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> approved the above referenced subdivision sub,)ect to condition-- <br /> of <br /> onditionsof approval : <br /> 1 . The developer shall enter into an agreement with San <br /> Joaquin County to pay fees for the construction of a <br /> public community water system . <br /> 2 . The developer shall install "dry" water lilies within <br /> the limits of the subdivision which will conform to the <br /> proposed Master Plan . The dry potable water supply <br /> line system shall consist of the distribution lilies , <br /> service connections to the property line , and stub-outS <br /> for future hydrants and all appurtenances . At the time <br /> a public water system is available, all lots will be <br /> required to connect to that system in accordance with <br /> Ordinance Code Section 5-3108 . <br /> 3 . The developer shall initiate the formation of a County <br /> Service Arra to be approved by the Local Agency <br /> Formation Commission prior to the approval of the Filial <br /> Map, which shall become operative when the public water <br /> system is in place . <br /> 4 . The developer shall provide for storm drainage in <br /> accordance with the Board of Supervisors Resolution No . <br /> R-76-42101 , which allows for the use of ori-site storm <br /> drainage retention basins on each lot . <br /> 5 .
