The developer may install individual private wells for <br /> each lot on an interim basis , and they shall be <br /> constructed in accordance with Local Health District <br /> requirements , a.. follows : <br /> A test well shall be drilled within the project area <br /> (SU-87-22) to determine the water quality and <br /> availability (volume) before the Final Map is approved . <br /> The test procedures will require the following: <br /> 1 . Water from the available aquifer shall be tested <br /> by a State approved laboratory for chemical and <br /> radiological constituents specified by the Health <br /> District. . <br /> 2 . Water analysis results shall be submitted to the <br /> Health District for review and approval . <br /> 7 . This tentative division of land shall meet the rules <br /> and regulations of San Joaquin county Ordinance No . <br /> 549 . Percolation tests are to be done on each lot , and <br /> a soil profile on every third lot and a minimum -sewage <br /> disposal area are required for Local Health District <br /> approval . A permit for the percolation tests from the <br /> Health District is required . <br /> A test well has been drilled and the quality of water was found <br /> to be satisfactory. Individual wells will therefore be allowed <br /> on an intern basis for each lot . Percolation tests were <br /> conducted on each lot to determine the suitability of the soil . <br /> All lots in this subdivision were found to be satisfactory for <br /> individual septic tanks and sewage disposal fields . <br /> A permit and inspection by this department would be required for <br /> the well and sewage system . <br /> If you have further questions , please contact James R.
