Public utility easements shall be as <br /> required by the public utility companies. <br /> 2. Street Iirprovements: <br /> a. All interior streets shall be dedicated and improved within the subdivision <br /> in conformance with County Standards for a 50-foot right-of-way street <br /> (Rural and Estate type) . <br /> b. Valpico Road shall be dedicated and improved on the subdivision side in <br /> conformance to County Standards of 60 foot Right-of-Way Street (Rural). <br /> c. Chrisman Road shall be dedicated and improved on the subdivision side in <br /> conformance to County Standards of 84 foot Right-of-Way Street (Rural and <br /> Estate type) . <br /> 3. Drainage System: <br /> a. The developer shall provide for storm drainage in accordance with Board <br /> of Supervisors' Resolution R-76-4201 which allows for the use of on-site <br /> storm drainage retention basins on each lot. <br /> b. The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the County and provide <br /> adequate drainage for the improvements (development) . The acceptance or <br /> approval by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the <br /> developer (or his engineer) of the responsibility of providing an adequate <br /> drainage system. <br /> 4. Water System: <br /> a. The developer shall enter into an agreement with San Joaquin County to pay <br /> fees for the construction of a public community water system (the details <br /> of the agreement shall be in accordance with the attached Exhibit "A"). <br /> b. The developer shall install "dry" waterlines within the limits of the <br /> subdivision which will conform to the proposed Master Plan (the <br /> requirements of the "dry" waterlines are detailed in the attached <br /> Exhibit "A") . <br /> c. The developer may install individual private wells for each lot on an <br /> interim basis in accordance with the Local Health District requirements <br /> (the requirements are detailed in the attached Exhibit "A"). <br /> d. The developer shall initiate the formation of a County Service Area to be <br /> approved by the Local Agency Formation Commission prior to the approval <br />
