a. This tentative division of land shall meet the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . <br /> Percolation tests are to be done on each lot , and a soil <br /> profile on every third lot and a minimum sewage disposal <br /> area are required for Local Health District approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation tests from the Health District <br /> is required. <br /> b. The subdivider shall send to the Property Evaluation Unit <br /> of the Toxic Substance Control Division of the Department <br /> of Health Services a letter approved by the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District requesting a determination under the <br /> provisions of Article 11 , California State Health and <br /> Safety Code . The response from the Department of Health <br /> Services, or the letter of determination from the sub- <br /> divider sent to that department , is to be recorded in the <br /> Title Report and the subdivision' s Conditions , Covenants , <br /> and Restrictions . <br /> c . The developer may install individual private wells for <br /> each lot on an interim basis , and they shall be <br /> constructed in accordance with Local Health District <br /> requirements , as follows : <br /> ( 1 ) A test well shall be drilled within the project area <br /> (SU-87-22 ) to determine the water quality and availa- <br /> bility (volume) before the Final Map is approved. The <br /> test procedures will require the following: <br /> A. Water from the available aquifer shall be tested by <br /> a State approved laboratory for chemical and <br /> radiological constituents specified by the Health <br /> District . <br /> B. Water analysis results shall be submitted to the <br /> Health District for review and approval . <br /> ( 2 ) Individual wells shall be installed according to the <br /> Health District ' s requirements and shall contain a <br /> minimum of 100 feet grout seal consisting of Neat <br /> Cement . All construction shall be under required per- <br /> mits, well logs, and Health District inspection. <br /> (3) Potable public water (County Service Area) shall be <br /> required for all residential dwellings within the <br /> boundaries of GP-88-13 and the Traina Brothers <br /> Subdivision (SU-86-12 ) , but excluding lots of record <br /> that existed prior to the approval of the Traina <br /> Brothers Tentative Subdivision Map, if any of the <br /> following conditions exist : <br /> A. The new residential developments within the boun- <br /> daries of GP-88-13 and the Traina Brothers <br /> Subdivision (SU-86-12 ) , but excluding lots of <br /> record that existed prior to the approval of the <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - (SU-87-22 ) <br />
