The Environmental Protection Agency, CA Regional <br /> Quality Control Board, CA Department of Health <br /> Services , or the Health District determines that <br /> the potable ground water is impacted with chemicals <br /> or radiological constituents that exceed the <br /> Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of Title 22 CAC , or <br /> the Recommended Action Levels (RAL) as designated <br /> by the State. <br /> OR <br /> C . Test well results, as reviewed by the Health <br /> District , indicate that water does not meet water <br /> quality standards . <br /> ( 4 ) Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions shall be <br /> established and recorded to inform property owners <br /> that individual wells were approved on an interim <br /> basis only and that property owners will have to con- <br /> nect to the public water system when it becomes <br /> available . <br /> 4 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the developer , and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to performing any exca- <br /> vation or filling of earth material . <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> c . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable . <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineeered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plan. <br /> f . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit . <br /> 5 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br /> Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be provided on <br /> all street frontages within the subdivision. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 5 - (SU-87-22 ) <br />
