At the time a public water system is available, all lots will be required to connect to that system in accordance with Ordinance Code Section 5-3108 . no The developer may install individual private wells for each lot on an interim basis, and they shall be constructed in accordance with Local Health District requirements, as follows: '•/ti ) A test well shall be drilled within the project area (SU-87-22 ) to determine the water quality and availa- bility (volume) before the Final Map is approved. The test procedures will require the following: A. Water from the available aquifer shall be tested by a State approved laboratory for chemical and radiological constituents specified by the Health District . B.
