At the time a public <br /> water system is available, all lots will be required to <br /> connect to that system in accordance with Ordinance Code <br /> Section 5-3108 . <br /> no The developer may install individual private wells for <br /> each lot on an interim basis, and they shall be <br /> constructed in accordance with Local Health District <br /> requirements, as follows: <br /> '•/ti ) A test well shall be drilled within the project area <br /> (SU-87-22 ) to determine the water quality and availa- <br /> bility (volume) before the Final Map is approved. The <br /> test procedures will require the following: <br /> A. Water from the available aquifer shall be tested by <br /> a State approved laboratory for chemical and <br /> radiological constituents specified by the Health <br /> District . <br /> B. Water analysis results shall be submitted to the <br /> Health District for review and approval . <br /> ,,�(2 ) Individual wells shall be installed according to the <br /> Health District ' s requirements and shall contain a <br /> minimum of 100 feet grout seal consisting of Neat <br /> Cement .
