The Environmental Protection Agency, CA Regional <br /> Quality Control Board, CA Department of Health <br /> Services, or the Health District determines that <br /> the potable ground water is impacted with chemicals <br /> or radiological constituents that exceed the <br /> Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of Title 22 CAG, or <br /> the Recommended Action Levels (RAL) as designated <br /> by the State. <br /> OR <br /> C . Test well results, as reviewed by the Health <br /> District , indicate that water does not meet water <br /> quality standards. <br /> (5) Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions shall be <br /> established and recorded to inform property owners <br /> that individual wells were approved on an interim <br /> basis only and that property owners will have to con- <br /> nect to the public water system when it becomes <br /> available. <br /> W� o. The developer shall initlate the formation of a County <br /> Service .Area to be approved by the Local Agency Formation <br /> Commission prior to the approval of the Final Map, which <br /> shall become operative when the public water system is in <br /> place . <br /> 3 . Local Health District : <br /> a. This tentative division of land shall meet the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. <br /> Percolation tests are to be done on each lot, and a soil <br /> profile on every third lot and a minimum sewage disposal <br /> area are required for Local Health District approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation tests from the Health District <br /> is required. <br /> b. The subdivider shall send to the Property Evaluation Unit <br /> of the Toxic Substance Control Division of the Department <br /> of Health Services a _letter approved by the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District requesting a determination under the <br /> provisions of Article 11 , California State Health and <br /> Safety Code. The response from the Department of Health <br /> Services, or the letter of determination from the sub- <br /> divider sent to that department , is to be recorded in the <br />
