Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the developer, and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to performing any exca- <br /> vation or filling of earth material . <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U. B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006( 1 ) . <br /> c . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineeered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> e . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plan. <br /> f . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit . <br /> 5 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br /> Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be provided on <br /> all street frontages within the subdivision. <br />
